Qigong and Medical Qigong Workshops Time: 9:30am-12:00pm Fee: $50 if received by Aug. 21st. $60 after that date. Please RSVP. Who: All are invited. New and former students. Children and Adults. What: We will begin with a short hike to a special spot on the nearby mountain. Dress appropriately. Wear comfortable tennis or hiking shoes… Bring a water bottle and a small snack if you’d like. Why: In this workshop you will learn to bring Greater Awareness to your life thru communing with nature, getting in touch with your breath, and discovering the Divine flow of ancient Qigong movements.
